To meet the qualifications established in the Arkansas Assessment Coordination Department Rules implementing Act 1185 of 1999 the county is currently under contract with Arkansas Mass Appraisal Group for our appraisal needs and Apprentice Information System, Inc for our computer assisted mass appraisal software.
